Open Positions
Deldar Legal is always seeking a skilled and experienced professionals to join our growing personal injury team. An ideal candidate for our firm communicates clearly, adapts quickly, and takes initiative without being asked. They handle client matters with professionalism and consistently follow through on their responsibilities. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, we’d love to hear from you! We’re currently looking to fill three open positions: Accounting Specialist, Case Manager, and Digital Marketing Specialist.
1. Accounting Specialist
You will be responsible for overseeing the A/P, A/R, billing, and financial reporting functions of our law firm. As a key team player of the Administration team, you will be reporting directly to Deldar Legal’s Senior Partner and Founder. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for a seasoned Accountant to make a critical impact on the financial strength of our law firm. It will draw upon an innovative approach to managing financial processes, including a dynamic blend of accounting expertise and technical proficiency. You will be entrusted with maintaining precise and accurate financial records and coordinating the seamless administration of accounting responsibilities within the firm. Here are a few additional responsibilities and qualifications:
- Manage the firm’s general and client trust accounts, document and record all transaction details on the firm’s QuickBooks account, process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner.
- Prepare client settlement disbursements and verify checks received, deposit checks in the firm’s general account, and provide monthly update/reconciliation of firm and client accounts.
- Reconcile banks account, monthly reports, and company credit cards. Ensure all clients’ bills are paid on time and resolve any outstanding payment issues. Monthly reconciliations such as Bank, Credit Card, G/L, and Balance Sheet.
- Perform month and year-end closing with CPA, including W2 & 1099 preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping; law firm experience highly desirable.
2. Case Manager
We’re also seeking a Case Manager with personal injury experience to join our Pre-Litigation Department. You will join our case management team to work on a varied caseload, assisting the attorneys in developing settlements and preparing documents and correspondence as needed. This individual must foster proactive daily interactions with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers in a highly professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. Some additional responsibilities and qualifications are:
- Oversee client investigation to ensure all necessary steps are taken to completion. Obtain all information, evidence, and documentation necessary to support injury and/or liability position .
- Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to open claims, contact providers, and confirm they’re within the Medical Provider Network (MPN).
- Work directly with all colleagues involved in the management and support of case files. Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, excellent negotiation skills, outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be able to handle client interactions with a compassionate and sympathetic approach.
- Team player with the ability to follow procedures with strong attention to detail. Multitask, prioritize, and manage workload with a happy, positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in personal injury law.
3. Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead our online client acquisition efforts and maximize our digital presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing paid digital marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of PPC (pay-per-click), SEO, conversion optimization, and lead generation strategies tailored to the legal industry. Some of the key responsibilities and qualifications are:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google PPC, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to generate high-quality personal injury leads.
- Experience with landing page design, tracking pixels, and retargeting strategies. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, drive conversions, and lower cost per acquisition. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Manage the firm’s digital presence, including website updates, landing page optimization, and local SEO strategies.
- Work closely with the intake team to ensure ad-driven leads convert into signed cases. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns effectively
- A/B test creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep the firm’s marketing efforts competitive.
- Experience marketing for law firms, personal injury firms, or other lead-generation-focused industries is a plus
