P. David Cienfuegos is a California personal injury and wrongful death attorney known for courtroom-ready advocacy and results-driven litigation. At Deldar Legal, he represents injured people and families in high-stakes cases arising from serious incidents, including:
- Motorcycle accidents
- Truck and commercial vehicle collisions
- Pedestrian accidents
- Aviation-related incidents
- Industrial and workplace-related accidents
David has successfully tried numerous cases in jury trials and bench trials. As a result, he has built a strong reputation as a trial lawyer. He prepares every matter as if it will be presented to a judge or jury.
Before focusing his practice on injury law, David began his legal career in the litigation department at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco. He later founded a boutique civil litigation firm in Los Angeles. There, he handled complex disputes involving real estate, finance, and business matters. That foundation, paired with a commitment to helping people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, led him to dedicate his practice to personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Now, he passionately advocates for his clients at Deldar Legal.
David earned his B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles, and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He also holds a master’s degree (ALM) in finance from Harvard University. This background brings a rare financial lens to cases involving complex damages, liability issues, and long-term impacts. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States Supreme Court, and the various District Courts of California. Additionally, he is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). David is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Farsi (Persian), allowing him to serve a broad and diverse client community.
Outside the office, David enjoys equestrian polo, travel, fitness, reading, and time with his wife, three children, and his two dogs, Dolce and Gia. Clients value his combination of trial experience, strategic thinking, and compassionate representation in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
