A seasoned Human Resources executive, Yasmin brings her corporate and entrepreneurial experience to Deldar Legal by leading People Operations, Talent, Coaching and Culture. She oversees the development and execution of HR policies that drive the strategic direction of the firm in support of the overall business plan.
Yasmin obtained her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Art History from San Jose State University and was co-founder and managing partner of Skyler Network, an executive search firm in San Francisco and New York City. She relocated from New York to Los Angeles in 2002 where she has held leadership roles in the technology and media sectors including GumGum, ZipRecruiter, Match.com/Tinder, Rubicon Project, Experian, Twentieth Century Fox, and Rain Bird.
She is active with various HR professional societies and non-profits and is a fierce champion for animal welfare and rescue. She cherishes time with her family and has a passion for traveling, art, reading, yoga, and all animals.
