James became a member of the State Bar of California in 2007 after graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University and is fluent in Spanish, giving clients a greater level of comfort as he is able to better communicate throughout the entirety of the legal process.
His partnership with Deldar Legal is an exciting relationship that will provide the best workers’ compensation representation for injured workers throughout California. As a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, he works to continuously self-educate himself on new and updated laws and regulations.
James is a San Diego native and continuously strives to make his hometown a better place. Aside from charity work, he spends his off hours with family and friends as well as restoring classic cars, training in mixed martial arts, and attempting to surf.
